Barnes & Noble Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2006--Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS), the world's largest bookseller, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2006.
